The expertise and service excellence of Excel Aerospace is built on the following:
In 2016, Excel Aerospace was awarded a piece of land in Seletar Aerospace Park to purpose build a state-of-art MRO Repair Facility to support the Regions’ Aerospace Industry. The building will have a total of 12,000 sqm of space over 2 levels of production areas and 4 levels of offices, auditorium and showrooms to provide our customers with the feel and demonstrations of our deliveries within 1 roof.
This facility will also allow us to enhance on our current capabilities to enable faster and better quality works, while also adding in more capabilities at a workshop level to support the Aerospace Industry needs. Being closer to our existing customers will provide shorter turnaround time and also reducing cost through operational efficiency.
EA has a dedicated Engineering team on line to support Airlines with Engineering works related to LOPA Change & Cabin Design works. Some of the works EA is able to support are as below:
-Cabin component designs (Eg. Curtain Class Dividers, Cabin Layout, etc.)
-Seat LOPA Change
-PSU Layout Change
-Emergency Escape Slide
EA are able to carry out a plastic parts repair in accordance to our in-house MPM approved by the local authority, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). Some of the works EA is able to carry out ranges as below:
