EA has a dedicated Engineering team on line to support Airlines with Engineering works related to LOPA Change & Cabin Design works. Some of the works EA is able to support are as below:
-Cabin component designs (Eg. Curtain Class Dividers, Cabin Layout, etc.)
-Seat LOPA Change
-PSU Layout Change
-Emergency Escape Slide
EA are able to carry out a plastic parts repair in accordance to our in-house MPM approved by the local authority, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). Some of the works EA is able to carry out ranges as below:
-Repair of Seat plastic parts
-Repair of Cabin & Galley panels
-Repair of Cockpit plastic parts
EA are able to carry out a cabin equipment modification and repair in accordance to the Airworthiness requirements and Customers’ expectations. Some of the works EA is able to carry out ranges as below
-Fabrication of new Seat Covers (Leather/Fabric)
-Fabrication of new Seat Cushions
-Fabrication of Cockpit Seat Covers & Cushions
-Refurbishment of Flight Crew Seats
