EA carries out plastic parts repair under our in-house Maintenance Procedures Manual (MPM) approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) – including seat plastics, cabin & galley panels, and cockpit plastic parts.
EA repairs composite and honeycomb sandwich cabin panels – galleys, sidewalls, ceilings and lavatory walls – restoring structural integrity to OEM specification under CAAS Part 145.
Aviation-grade painting of cabin plastic, metal and composite parts – colour-matched to customer specification and compliant with FAR 25.853 flammability standards.
Aviation-grade welding repair of metallic seat structures, cabin trim and cockpit hardware – executed under EA’s CAAS Part 145 approval and traceable to FAR/EASA/JAR-certified materials.
Our in-house design team produces 3D cabin renderings and material/colour mock-ups – leather, fabric, carpet and veneer combinations – so customers can visualise and approve the final cabin look before any modification work begins.
EA’s dedicated Engineering team supports airlines with LOPA changes and cabin design works – including curtain class dividers, cabin layout, seat LOPA changes, PSU layout changes and emergency escape slide configurations.
Holding AS9100D Manufacturing & Maintenance approval, EA fabricates cabin interior parts to OEM and airline specification – including custom seat covers, cushions, soft-goods and trim.
